Starting Meditation

This informal session will be presented by SJS Solutions CEO Steve Pace, Steve has taught Martial Arts in his own Dojo, practiced Qi Gong for over 25 years and for the last 3 years has been practicing daily 60 – 90min meditations guided by renowned author and neuroscientist Dr Joe Dispenza.
