Gallup’s 10th¬†employee engagement meta-analysis — the largest study of it’s kind to date — examines decades of employee engagement and performance data from more than 100,000 teams to evaluate the connection between employee engagement and 11 key business outcomes.

In their largest study of almost 3 million employees, across 54 industries, Gallup found that companies in the top quartile for Employee Engagement experienced: 23% higher profits, 10% better customer loyalty, 81% less absenteeism and 66% higher wellbeing than those in the bottom quartile.
