Optymyse does not rely on proprietary hardware allowing you to apply your own security policies to the hardware you choose.
All communications with the Optymyse Cloud servers are encrypted using industry standard HTTPS over public networks, meaning the traffic between you and Optymyse is secure.
The Optymyse Screen Director is password protected plus can be integrated into your Active Directory.
HOW MUCH EXTRA DOES SJS CONSULTANCY COST?
In most cases nothing. Once you become an SJS customer you will be given access to research, advice, webinars plus an initial telephone consultation with one of our Employee Engagement / Contact Centre experts is included with the price of the product. 6 monthly design reviews are also available as is longer consultations to discuss any of the challenges you currently face at your contact centre.
HOW MUCH TIME AND RESOURCE WILL OPTYMYSE REQUIRE FROM US?
Optymyse is delivered via a tried and tested installer and takes minutes to install.
Optymyse can be deployed on premise using a VM or in the Cloud.
SJS have a selection of tried and tested connectors compatible with all major Contact Centre technology (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Mitel, Unify etc) plus ODBC.
Optymyse includes a REST API allowing connections into any system.
You choose what hardware you use to run Optymyse, our product will run on some smart TVs (we recommend testing using our free trial) or mini PC’s (Raspberry Pi3, Intel NUC, ChromeBox etc)
Optymyse is fully scalable and can be expanded in seconds.
Optymyse supports Desktop, Mobile and TVs.

Our Open REST API means connectors can be created into just about any system.
Our ODBC connector allows you to pull data from just about any database.
As part of the deployment process we will discuss with you what information you have available and recommend how this information can be used to maximise employee engagement. This could include: CRM, WFM, CSAT, PBX, Stock Levels, POS, Gamification, Knowledgebase, Social Media, Multi-Media and News Feeds.
